Problems? Worried? Stressed? Anxious? or just want to train in Mindfulness and Meditation?  Come and learn to let go, relax, and slow down, with some essential tips on how to manage stress. We all need this.

MINDFULNESS, MEDITATION, RELAXATION, GUIDED VISUALISATIONS and other STRESS-BEATING TECHNIQUES………TO ENERGISE, ENRICH & EMPOWER LEADING TO INCREASED WELL-BEING AND UNCONDITIONAL HAPPINESS

Sessions continue:

Where? Meeting Room, Woodbridge Library, New St, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1DT

When? Mondays – 11.15 – 12.45 – these classes run in eight to ten week blocks. Please check the calendar for this term’s dates, and the topics we are covering.

The classes will give you essential tools to help beat stress, and lead you to an increased understanding of yourself to enrich and empower your life.

Drop-in and classes. All welcome.
