Yoga Classes

YOGA AND MINDFULNESS classes in Suffolk are thriving, and we extend a warm welcome if you would like to join us, even if you have never done yoga before. We meet Snape Village Hall on Thursdays, during the day – either at 10 am or 1 pm. All welcome! Fridays too, at 11.30
What do you need? A mat, a fluffy warm blanket – and an open mind! We have spare mats but if you would like to buy one, then go to Ruth White Yoga Products for the best mats: www.ruthwhiteyoga.com. They are quite simply the best….
