YOGA AND MINDFULNESS classes in Suffolk are thriving, and we extend a warm welcome if you would like to join us, even if you have never done yoga before. We meet Snape Village Hall on Thursdays at 10 am (sometimes at 1 pm, as we are working around the monthly coffee morning), and on Fridays at 10 am. £7.50 per class if you join for the term, or £9 for drop-in students.
What do you need? A mat, a fluffy warm blanket – and an open mind! We have spare mats and blankets too.
The classes are a mixture of mindfulness meditation practice, yoga asanas, and guided relaxation. You can sign up for the term, or drop in.
